To ensure we can promptly process your loan application, we kindly ask you to follow the steps below. This guide will help you download your last six months of bank statements in PDF format and capture necessary screenshots from your online banking.
Step 1: Download Your Bank Statements
1 . Log In to Your Online Banking:
2 . Locate the Statements Section:
3 . Select the Time Frame:
- Download as PDF:
- Once you have the statements visible, look for a download button or link. Ensure you select the option to download in PDF format.
- Save the PDF files to a location on your computer where you can easily find them later.
Step 2: Capture Screenshots of Your Online Banking
On a Desktop:
- Ensure You Are on the Desktop Site:
- If you are using a mobile device, switch to the desktop version of your bank’s website. You can usually do this by selecting "Request Desktop Site" in your browser settings.
- Use the Right Browser:
- For best results, use either Safari or Chrome. Avoid using the mobile version of your banking website or your bank’s mobile app.
- Take a Screenshot:
- On a Mac:
- Press Command + Shift + 4 and select the area you want to capture. The screenshot will be saved to your desktop.
- On Windows:
- Press Windows + Shift + S, then drag to select the area to capture. The screenshot will be copied to your clipboard; you can paste it into a document or image editor.
On a Cell Phone:
- Access the Desktop Site:
- Open your mobile web browser (Safari or Chrome) and request the desktop version of your bank’s website. You can usually do this in your browser settings.
- Take a Screenshot:
- On iPhone:
- Press the Side Button and the Volume Up button at the same time. The screenshot will be saved to your Photos.
- On Android:
- Press the Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time. The screenshot will be saved to your Gallery or Photos app.
- Locate and Save the Screenshot:
- Ensure the screenshot is saved in a location where you can easily find it later.
Important Notes:
- Do Not Use the Mobile App: For both downloading statements and capturing screenshots, please avoid using your bank’s mobile app.
- Web Browsers Only: Use a web browser (Safari or Chrome) for all tasks to ensure full functionality.
